Early morning departure from Islamabad. Drive through Abbottabad and Mansehra to reach Naran, and then ascend to the breathtaking Babusar Top (13,700 ft). Take photos and enjoy the cool air at the summit. Descend toward Chilas for overnight stay. This is one of the most beautiful road journeys in Pakistan.
After breakfast in Chilas, continue your scenic journey along the Indus River through Jaglot and into the rugged valleys leading to Skardu. The road is adventurous and awe-inspiring, surrounded by towering mountains. Reach Skardu by evening and relax in your hotel.
Visit the stunning Shangrila Resort, famous for its heart-shaped lake and gardens. Continue on to Upper Kachura Lake, a peaceful and crystal-clear lake perfect for boating, walking, and photography. Return to Skardu in the evening for overnight stay.
Take a jeep ride to the lesser-known but incredibly beautiful Basho Valley. With lush meadows, alpine trees, and glacial streams, this hidden valley is a nature lover’s paradise. Return to Skardu by evening. Free time to explore local markets.

Drive to the thundering Manthoka Waterfall, one of the most picturesque waterfalls in Pakistan. On the way back, visit nearby Balti villages, enjoy traditional food, and experience the culture and hospitality of the region. Overnight in Skardu.
Begin your return journey via the same scenic route: Skardu → Jaglot → Chilas → Babusar Top → Naran → Islamabad. Depending on the time and group plan, night stay can be done in Naran or directly reach Islamabad by late evening.
